POWRHOUSE athletics was designed to inspire and catapult positive change through individually crafted personal training sessions. Based upon the fundamentals of muscle movement and functional strength training, optimal cardiovascular function, and injury prevention, sessions will be tailored to your specific wants, needs and desires. The hardest part is showing up. Commit To Be Fit and leave the rest to me.

 

ASSESMENT 

Before your training takes way, you will have an initial assessment to discuss goals, limitations or barriers, injuries and medical history.

Double the fun! At a discounted rate you can bring a friend or family member in to the gym to train with you.

PERSONAL TRAINING

You will work one-on-one with a professional trainer to help you achieve your goals, however big or small. Offering 60 minute sessions.
